Sports Day 2014

Thursday, July 3, 2014

Well done to all of the children in years R to 5 for a fantastic day! After learning about the countries we were representing (Switzerland, USA, Jamaica and Spain), we made banners and flags before setting down to the Church Field for a wonderful afternoon of sport.
Special congratulations go to team USA for winning – beating Switzerland by just one mark!

Friday, June 6, 2014

On Friday 23rd May, Badgers attended a Multisports event at Harrowden Middle School. They represented the school in cricket, tri-golf and tennis, and we are delighted that the tri-golf team came second! This is a fantastic achievement.
Well done to the cricket and tennis teams, who came fifth and fourth respectively.
The children thoroughly enjoyed their day and they were excellent representatives of Cotton End Primary School.
