Year 6 Summer Fete
Dear Parents,
Year 6 Summer Fete
Year 6, have been very busy designing and making items to sell at their summer fete. There will be a
number of items and stalls available, such as:
• Bracelets
• Necklaces
• Keyrings
• Baked goods
• Splat the teacher
• Guess the name of the teddy
• Guess how many sweets are in the jar
• Football shootout
On Friday 15th July, we have organised a mini summer fete for the rest of the school. Each class will
be given a time slot during the day to attend the fete. The children are welcome to buy one of the
items and have a go on any of the stalls that will be set up. All items and stalls will cost between 50p
and £1.
School council will also have a stall set up – they will be selling books for 50p.

Sports Day Reception – Year 6
Sports Day 2022
Dear Parents/Carers,
This year, Sports Day for children in Reception to Year 6 will take place over three separate sessions:
EYFS (Reception) – Tuesday 12th July 9.30am – 11am Parents arrive at 9.20am.
Key Stage 1 (Years 1 & 2) – Tuesday 12th July 1.15pm – 3pm Parents arrive at 1.05pm.
Key Stage 2 (Years 3 – 6) – Wednesday 13th July 1.15pm – 3.15pm Parents arrive at 1.05pm.
The children will take part in a round robin of sporting activities, before all taking part in a race to finish the afternoon. The PTFA will be running a refreshment stall for the children throughout the afternoon.
Sports Day will take place on our own playing fields. Parents are invited to watch and support their children; we will open the Forest School gate (by the big car park) at the above times. Please bring a blanket or chair to sit on.
